PLEASE READ ALL SALON POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • When Booking Appointments, make sure to SELECT the option for the CORRECT number of locs. 
  • Each appointment has a different time period based on the service being provided and the number of locs that you have. This will help ensure that no appointments are overlapped.
  • A DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking your appointment. This will confirm your appointment date and time. Deposit will be used toward final balance of service.
  • DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • DEPOSITS are able to be moved to new appointments when appointments are properly rescheduled.
  • In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify no later than 24 hours** before your scheduled appointment.
  • If running late, CLIENT MUST call ahead atleast 15 MINUTES before scheduled appointment time to notify stylist of TARDINESS with an ETA.
  • ALL CLIENTS have a 15 MINUTE grace period for tardiness. After 15 minutes, and without the proper notice, the client's appointment will be CANCELED.
  • If a client arrives after the 15 minute grace period, and their time slot is not already filled, they may still be serviced and will be charged a $25 LATE FEE. If the client wishes to reschedule, there is still a $25 LATE FEE.
  • A NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a $50 FEE added to the client's next appointment.
  • STYLIST will have a 20 MINUTE grace period. If the appointment starts 20 MINUTES late, the client will receive a 20% DISCOUNT.
  • The stylist will PROPERLY CLEAN, SANITIZE, & DISINFECT the area and ALL USED equipment in between each guest to ensure a sanitary environment.
  • NO EXTRA GUESTS will be allowed into the styling booth. ANY EXTRA GUESTS that are OF AGE, may wait outside of the booth in the designated waiting area.
  • ALL COLOR APPOINTMENTS will require a scheduled CONSULTATION before any color service can be scheduled.
  • WALK INS are WELCOMED but are NOT GUARANTEED.
  • Please text if you would like to have an appointment outside of the schedule listed below. I will manually enter the appointment for you and send an invoice for your deposit directly to your email.
  • ALL invoices MUST be paid on the agreed upon date, or your appointment will be canceled.
